AVA can answer questions about any data in your lake — across any connected platform, any time range, any combination of conditions.

Simple queries

"How many open opportunities do I have in Salesforce?" "Show me all Podio records updated in the last 7 days." "Find the contact record for Acme Corp in HubSpot."

AVA answers from your data lake. Results are current as of the last sync, which is typically within seconds of the source platform.

Cross-platform queries

"Find all Salesforce contacts that also have a Podio record." "Show me QuickBooks invoices where the client also has an open Salesforce opportunity." "Which Podio projects have no corresponding HubSpot deal?"

Cross-platform queries take slightly longer because AVA is joining data across two lake collections. For large datasets, she will show results progressively.

Historical queries

"What did this record look like on March 1st?" "Who was the owner of this project six months ago?" "Show me all changes made to this record in January."

Your lake retains complete revision history for every record. Historical queries go back to the date you connected the platform.

Aggregate and report

"What is the average close time for deals in Salesforce this quarter?" "How many records were deleted in Podio in the last 30 days, and by whom?" "Show me a breakdown of active records by status across all apps."

AVA will show the result inline. For large reports, she will offer to export to CSV.

Exporting results

After any query result, say: "Export this to CSV." AVA will generate a download link.

If the results look wrong

Tell AVA: "That doesn't look right — I expected about 500 records, not 12." She will explain her query logic and you can refine together. Specificity helps — the more you tell her about what you expected, the faster she can find the discrepancy.
