Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ThatApp.io, the ThatApp platform and extensions, and AVA (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TECHeGO ("ThatApp," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
ThatApp provides real-time backup and a data lake for Podio and other connected platforms, AVA Organizational Intelligence, automation (iPaaS), and related tools. We may update or improve the Service over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any platform or data you bring to the Service.
Your data
You own your organization's data. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, back up, and operate on that data to provide the Service. We handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or upload malicious code.
- Do not attempt to access other organizations' data or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Do not use the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
Third-party platforms
The Service connects to third-party platforms such as Podio. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for maintaining the rights and credentials needed to connect them.
Billing
Paid features are billed on a usage basis, per organization, per month, as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by BlueSnap. Fees are billed in arrears or as otherwise described, and unpaid amounts may lead to suspension. Usage-based charges are non-refundable except as required by law.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and content (excluding your data), is owned by ThatApp/TECHeGO and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThatApp/TECHeGO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
