Troubleshooting RELAY

When RELAY is not behaving, the cause is almost always DNS, a rule that does not match, or a mapping gap. Check in that order.
Where to look
- Mail not arriving — verify DNS records are in place and propagated for the domain.
- No item created — confirm a routing rule actually matches the message's address, sender, or subject.
- Fields blank — check the rule's field mapping against the app's fields.
Test with a known message. Send a message you control that should clearly match a rule, then trace it through — it is the fastest way to find where the chain breaks.
