Email campaigns with RELAY

RELAY can send an outbound email to a list of contacts from your connected platforms — build the audience, write the message, schedule it, and track how it performed.

Create a campaign

Tell AVA who you're emailing: "Send an email campaign to all active clients in our Podio Client app." She'll ask what the email should say, which field holds the email address, who to exclude (opt-outs, certain statuses), and when to send.

Write and personalize

Write the content in plain language and AVA formats it. Personalize with the recipient's name or any field from the source record, the same way auto-replies do.

Schedule

Send immediately, at a specific date and time, or on a recurring schedule for an ongoing program.

Track and opt-outs

After sending, RELAY tracks delivery (delivered, bounced, failed), open rate, and unsubscribes. Ask "How did the client campaign perform?" for a summary. Every outbound email carries an unsubscribe link, and clicks are added to a suppression list automatically — you never manage opt-outs by hand.

Deliverability first. Set up and verify your sending domain before a campaign so messages land in the inbox, not the spam folder.
