Email attachments are often the important part. RELAY carries them through onto the Podio item rather than dropping them.
What happens to a file
- It is attached to the item RELAY creates or updates.
- It is captured into your data lake like any other Podio file.
- From there it is covered by File Haven retention along with the rest.
Nothing is left behind. The message and its files arrive together, so the record is complete from the moment it is created.
