From inbox to Podio item

When a message matches a rule, RELAY turns it into a Podio record. Here is what maps where.
- Subject → typically the item title.
- Body → a text field or the item's comment.
- Sender → a contact or text field for tracking who wrote in.
- Attachments → files on the item (see Attachment handling).
It's in your lake too. Anything RELAY writes into Podio is captured by Sync like any other item — so AVA can reason over your inbound email alongside everything else.
