IRIS is ThatApp's organizational intelligence engine. It runs every night, reads every connected platform, and produces an organizational health picture. Every Thursday it delivers a plain-language brief.
What IRIS measures
Three categories, scored nightly:
Data consolidation โ Are your records consistent across platforms? Are duplicates accumulating? Are critical fields populated? Are relationships intact?
Process integrity โ Are your workflows running? Are automations succeeding? Are there records stuck in a stage they should have left?
Automation health โ Are your flows firing correctly? Are credentials still valid? Are there failure patterns that indicate a platform change?
The weekly brief
Every Thursday, IRIS delivers a brief to your inbox and to the IRIS dashboard inside ThatApp. The brief contains:
- A health score for each category (0โ100), with change from last week
- The three most significant changes observed this week
- What similar organizations in your industry are experiencing (benchmark data)
- One recommended action, written as a specific thing to do โ not a general observation
The Vision State indicator
In the IRIS dashboard, you will see a Vision State label. This is IRIS's classification of your organization's current trajectory across nine possible states โ ranging from high-functioning and consolidating to fragmented and at risk. The label changes as your organizational health data changes.
This is not a judgment. It is a navigation instrument.
How to act on an IRIS brief
The brief's recommended action is the highest-signal thing to do this week. You do not have to do it. But if you do nothing else, do that.
To learn more about any observation, ask AVA: "Tell me more about the process integrity issue IRIS flagged this week." AVA has access to the same underlying data and can drill into specifics.
