Set up an email domain
4 min read · Updated June 2026
Before RELAY can route mail, it needs a domain to receive on. This is a one-time setup with a short DNS step.
- Add your domain in the RELAY settings.
- Update DNS with the records RELAY gives you, so inbound mail is directed correctly.
- Verify — once DNS propagates, RELAY confirms the domain is ready.
One domain, one monthly price. RELAY is billed per email domain per month, so a domain covers all the routing rules you build on it.
