PDF, Word & Excel output

The same template data can come out in three formats. Pick by what happens to the document next.
- PDF — final, fixed, ready to send or sign. The default for client-facing documents.
- Word — when the recipient needs to edit or continue the document.
- Excel — when the output is really data: line items, exports, reconciliations.
AVA can generate these too. The report-builder role produces Excel, PDF, and Word inline from a description — useful when you want a one-off rather than a reusable template.
