- Researcher — ask anything about your organization across every connected platform; she answers from what she actually knows about you.
- Analyst — query live data in plain language, parse and reconcile messy fields, and get a clean sheet back.
- Developer — build a Podio app, add fields, load data, and wire automations from a description.
- Report builder — generate Excel, PDF, or Word documents inline.
She asks before she acts
This is the habit that separates AVA from a generic chatbot. She restates your request and asks a clarifying question before doing anything. Destructive work — deleting, cloning, migrating — always requires explicit confirmation. Nothing is inferred from tone.
She will also tell you when you are wrong. AVA is not sycophantic. She reports only what her tools actually return and does not invent results. Before a large query she estimates the record count and token cost and waits for your approval.
Where she lives
AVA works inside Podio items via a free Chrome browser extension, inside Claude or ChatGPT desktop through MCP, and as custom role-scoped assistants. Same intelligence, wherever you already work.
