Managing organizations

The organization is the central unit in ThatApp — data lake, AVA, guardrails, and billing are all scoped to it. Getting your org structure right keeps everything else simple.
One org or several
- One org keeps all your data in a single lake AVA can reason across — usually what you want.
- Separate orgs make sense when data must stay isolated — different clients, legal entities, or regions.
Isolation is absolute. Each organization has its own database, and AVA is locked to one org per conversation. Cross-tenant access is impossible by design — a real boundary, not a setting.
