Creating an account takes a few minutes. The only thing happening behind the scenes that you should know about is where your account gets created.

Sign up. Use a work email — your organization is the unit everything is scoped and billed to, so a shared work domain keeps things clean.
Region is decided for you. At registration we verify your location and deploy your tenant in the US or the EU. Organizations outside North America are routed to EU servers, so EU data stays in the EU. This is enforced by where your tenant lives, not a toggle you can flip later.
Land on your dashboard. From here you connect Podio and your first platforms, and meet AVA.

One organization, every teammate. You are never charged per seat. Add the whole company on day one; the seat cost stays exactly zero. Pricing is based on what you use — records, tokens, and connectors — not how many people use it.
