Find & merge duplicate records
Duplicate records pile up in every platform over time. AVA finds them, scores how likely each pair is to be a true match, and helps you resolve them one at a time — never with a blind bulk merge.
Scan for duplicates
Ask in plain language: "Find duplicate records in our Salesforce contacts." AVA compares records on key fields — name, email, phone — and on a large dataset this can take a few minutes.
Review the matches
AVA returns duplicate pairs with a confidence score from 0 to 100. High-confidence pairs share identical or near-identical key fields; lower-confidence pairs match on some fields and differ on others, so the judgment call stays yours.
Resolve each pair
- Merge — keep one record, copy across any unique data from the other, delete the duplicate. AVA shows you exactly which fields differ before you confirm.
- Keep both — mark the pair as reviewed and not a duplicate; it won't surface in future scans.
- Investigate — ask AVA to show the full history of both records before you decide.
Keep it clean
Ask "Notify me when new duplicate records appear in Salesforce" and AVA sets up a recurring scan that alerts you when new potential duplicates show up.
