AVA has three analysis tools for understanding any individual record in depth.

**Item Health**

A structured assessment of a record's data quality. AVA checks:
- Required fields that are empty
- Fields with values that appear to be incorrect (wrong format, placeholder text, outdated)
- Relationships to other records that are broken
- Files attached that cannot be accessed
- Activity patterns (no updates in unexpectedly long time)

Ask for it: "Run an item health check on this record." or "What is the health of the Acme Corp project record?"

The output is a short list of specific issues, each with a recommended action.

**Item Summary**

A plain-language summary of what has happened on a record. AVA reads the record's comment history, revision log, and field values and produces a narrative: what this record is, what has happened to it recently, who is involved, and what the current status means.

Ask for it: "Summarize this record." or "Give me a summary of the Acme project."

Useful when you need to get up to speed on something quickly — a deal you have not touched in two weeks, a project you are being asked about for the first time, a client record that was recently transferred to you.

**Expanded Item Summary**

A deeper version that includes full revision history, all comments, cross-platform relationships, and a timeline of key events. More comprehensive, takes slightly longer.

Ask for it: "Give me an expanded summary of this record." or "I need the full history on the Acme project."

Useful for handoffs, audits, and any situation where partial knowledge would be risky.
