AVA can audit your organization across three dimensions: data quality, workflow health, and user activity. You can run any or all of them at any time.

**Data quality audit**

> "Run a data quality audit on our Podio apps."

AVA will scan your records and report:
- Fields that are frequently empty when they should not be
- Records with duplicate characteristics
- Records in unexpected states (e.g., "Closed" with no close date)
- Orphaned records (related records that no longer exist)

The result is a prioritized list of issues with record counts for each. You can ask AVA to drill into any item.

**Workflow health audit**

> "Audit our automation health."

AVA will scan your active flows and report:
- Flows that have not run in an unexpectedly long time
- Flows with recent failure rates above 10%
- Flows using expired credentials
- Flows whose trigger conditions may never be met based on current data patterns

**User activity audit**

> "Show me user activity in Podio over the last 30 days."

AVA will show a breakdown by user: records created, updated, deleted, and comments added. This is useful for identifying inactive users, unusual deletion patterns, or understanding who is most active in a platform.

**Cross-platform audit**

> "Run a full organizational audit across all connected platforms."

This combines all three dimensions and takes several minutes for large organizations. AVA will notify you when it is complete.
